As a Chef de Partie, you will be part of our dedicated kitchen team, creating high-quality dishes and contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role is ideal for a motivated chef who values teamwork, craftsmanship, and delivering consistent culinary excellence in a professional hospitality setting.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes according to our quality standards.
• Managing your own section within the kitchen and ensuring efficient workflow during service.
• Supporting the preparation and execution of lunch, dinner, and banqueting services.
• Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Working closely with the Chef kok and fellow kitchen colleagues to maintain smooth communication and teamwork.
• Monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and handling ingredients responsibly.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations.
• Supporting and guiding junior kitchen colleagues when needed.
• Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance our dishes and kitchen operations.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Kok or a similar kitchen position.
• Experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or high-quality hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen procedures.
• A passion for creating high-quality dishes and delivering consistent results.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to support colleagues.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Dutch is an advantage.
